I started working in a real estate office when I was 19 years old and learned soon enough that would be a profession that would suit me perfectly: I'm a people person with a flare for writing contracts since I had a legal secretarial background, great communication skills and raised in a large family with high work ethics and old fashioned honesty, accountability. I've received letters of recommendation from elected officials, worked one of the first shortsales in the late '80's that of a local Municipal Judge and when the market improved, hired by Hall of Famers in their own rights as top selling Realtors in the Nation and Federal Court Judge Sherman Finesilver. I am proud to have earned their trust and gained their business.
I married a German-born builder in the 80's and received my real estate license in 1986 so I've had thousands of negotiations and therefore, lots of sales in residential, bare land, new construction and planned two gated communities.
My overall achievements are those that make my lifestyle so rewarding when I get to represent my clients over and over again as their families get larger; then smaller or when I can find a better-suited "highest and best use" of the property they inherited or acquired in hopes of that being an investment.
Whether your a first-time buyer with a desire to go step by step with the process that I eagerly await to show you, or whether this is NOT your first rodeo, I think you'll be satisfied with the care I provide you and the diligence in the contract timeline to have an end result that should make a win-win situation for all. My hobbies are skiing, bicycling, walking around Drake Park, a little tennis and I'm sure my trip to France for several weeks with friends years ago gave me my interest in wines. Northwest US has some great wineries.
Sincerely, Mary G.
